My car hadn’t been deep cleaned in several years so between pets and many road trips there were some stains in the upholstery that I assumed were there to stay. I had drops of tree sap on my car that had hardened and he was able to remove them like it never happened. I was having my car detailed before selling it and Michael assisted with all the documentation in a way that would aid negotiations with dealerships and interested buyers. Attached are a before and after video of some relatively noticeable scratching from a kayak that had slid onto the hood of my car. He was able to remove 95% of the marks where it is no longer noticeable.
